Tasked with examining apartment building approvals provided to our client as part of land sale packages, we reviewed documents, checked development consent conditions, advised on quality of design and arranged cost estimates to feed into client feasibility assessments. We worked quickly, with the tight timeframes set by client deadlines. Our work unearthed such issues as deferred commencement consents, problematic approval conditions and competing projects in the various localities.
