Stella has a background in environmental sciences, assisting in a range of environmental resource projects from research to management. Stella has experience liaising with councils, developers, consultants and clients.

Her cross-disciplinary skill-set has enabled her to work on a large spectrum of planning projects. Stella has gained experience in the preparation of statements of environmental effects, basic planning feasibility advice, section 96 applications, section 82A applications, replying to Land and Environment Court reports, assisting due diligence research and advice, and assisting in submissions on strategic planning matters.

Prior to joining City Planning Works as an Urban Planner in 2017, Stella worked for UN Habitat in Myanmar. Stella enjoys the environmental aspects of planning.
